Tough Mudder

Tough Mudder is a place for you to push your physical and mental limits without the pressure of competition. A community built on teamwork and overcoming obstacles, where stepping outside your comfort zone is the reward.

You could be facing up a 10k (20 obstacles) or 15k (30 obstacles) course featuring fearsome jumps, climbs, swims and crawls.

There's also a 1km 'Lidl Mudder' for a child aged 5-12 and accompanying adult to tackle together in a unique fundraising day out.
