You probably already know about our building in Ayr, but you might not realise we also care for and support hundreds of patients in their own homes, care homes and hospitals across Ayrshire & Arran.

We serve a community of 370,000 people across the region, ranging from Skelmorlie to Ballantrae, Brodick to New Cumnock. The care and support we provide is centred around the needs of patients and their families and focusses on offering exceptional care that supports their physical, psycho-social and spiritual wellbeing. Making every day matter, free of pain, distress, fear and isolation.

All of this is provided free of charge to our patients. The Ayrshire Hospice needs just under £22,000 a day to run its services and that requires constant commitment, energy and passion from our community - support we could not do without!

That's why Gifts in Wills are so vital to the Hospice. Leaving just 1% of your estate to us will make a real difference to families affected by life-limiting illnesses. All while making sure your own family and loved ones are cared for too.

If you've decided to leave a gift in your Will to the Hospice, we'd like to say thank you.

"My brother, Derek spent the last 9 weeks of his life in the Hospice and the care not only he got but my mum, Chloe and myself received made those last weeks and days special in so many ways.

From being able to stay with him in the family room for 3 nights to having out meals, toiletries and every need catered to as well as the personal touches such as being able to take Derek's finger prints, the handmade gifts he made with the help of the nurses to the 1:1 contact they gave us.

Ayrshire Hospice turned this devastating time in our lives into one with fond memories to treasure and look back on with a smile."                               - Lesley Grayston
