We have nine hospice shops throughout Ayrshire, every one of them unique in their own way, but all with the same friendly, welcome to all customers and supporters. We are kept fully stocked by the generosity of our local community with bargains and treasures to be found in every shop.
We are currently following guidance and advice from the Scottish Government and Charity Retail Association to put measures in place to limit the numbers of customers allowed in store at anyone time, strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines, guidance signs throughout the store, till point screens and hand sanitising stations on entry to ensure we have a safe environment for shoppers and staff.
Our stores are accepting donations, via our contactless donation procedure, but please note that due to the volume of donations and the quarantine times required after acceptance, stores may at times have to suspend donations for Health & Safety reasons. Therefore we suggest you contact the shop and "ring before you bring" to avoid any disappointment. Contact details for our shops can be found here
We urgently need more retail volunteers to help in our shops. If you can spare a few hours a week to help us why not pop in to your local shop to find out more or check out the Volunteer FAQs section on our website now.
