2017 Golf Day

Gather your work colleagues or friends and join us for an enjoyable round at our annual golf day at the challenging links course at West Kilbride Golf Club, once again sponsored by Munro Partnership, the Scottish Regional Office of 1825. Teams will consist of four players and the format for the day will be a texas scramble with a shotgun start. There will be two shotguns, one at 8.30am and one at 1.30pm. The cost for a four ball is £300. Bacon rolls before, and a delicious meal after the rounds, are included in the cost for all team players. There is also the opportunity to support the event further by sponsoring a hole for a cost of £100, or you can support by sponsoring a prize to a value of your choice. Please note that hole sponsors can display their company’s banner or branding at the relevant tee, plus have their company’s logo included in the event programme. Afternoon tea by the sea

Following on from the success of the past two years, with over 300 guests in attendance, we are returning for a wonderful afternoon at Seamill Hydro Hotel on Thursday 17th August.  This year's afternoon tea will be held in the new stunning new Firth Pavilion at Seamill's beautiful resort. Spoil yourself and join us at 1pm for a glass of fizz followed by a wonderful Afternoon Tea (2pm).   Enjoy a demonstration by a member of Cunninghame Flower Club, a gin cocktail demonstration followed by a fashion promenade courtesy of M&Co, Irvine. There will be a chance to do some shopping at our lovely stalls as well as enjoying the beautiful sea views. Tickets are £22 each. 2017 Colour Dash

Our award winning Colour Dash event is returning to Eglinton Park on Sunday 10th September 2017.  Registration will open on Monday 29th May 2017 with our early bird deal for one week only so don't miss out! Guaranteed to be the most colourful, fun 5k you’ll ever do! You don't have to run - you can walk, skip, jump, dance or even hop the distance - whatever takes your fancy. Just be prepared for a kaleidoscope of colour to rain down over you and your fellow runners, leaving you looking like a brightly- coloured rainbow. Lots of entertainment to get you warmed up beforehand and even more afterwards, when you can sit back and enjoy your well-deserved complimentary burger! Registration fees: One week only - Early Bird 29th May - 4th June - adults £15, under 16's - £7.50, family of 4 (2 adults 2 under 16's) £45 5th June- 6th August- adults £20, under 16's £10, family of 4 (2 adults 2 under 16's) £50 7th August - 27th August- adults £25, under 16's £15, family of 4 (2 adults, 2 under 16's) £55 28th August - 3rd September - adults £30, under 16's £20, family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 under 16's) £60 Please note this event is unsuitabe for children under the age of 4. We hope that each participant or family will raise a minimum sponsorship of £50, but will be extremely grateful for any amount raised. Conditions of entry Your registration fee covers all expenses involved in administering your place and it is not refundable.  You cannot register on the day and participants must have an official sponsor form You agree to raise sponsor money for the Ayrshire Hospice. Registration forms must be completed and signed - one per person. Any photograph taken at the Colour Dash may be used for publicity purposes. By completing this form, you indicate your consent to receiving information and marketing messages from us. If you do not wish to receive such messages please let us know at registration. The Ayrshire Hospice does not share or sell any of our supporters details. After the Colour Dash we print all participants names in our local newspapers; mainly the Ayrshire Post, Kilmarnock Standard and Irvine Herald. If you do not wish your name to be printed please let us know at registraton. You are not permitted to use any sponsorship money you raise in relation to your entry in the Colour Dash to pay for expenses. All sponsor money must be passed directly to the Ayrshire Hospice by Friday 13th October.  The Ayrshire Hospice is not liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage incurred during participation. Any participant who has a concern about his/her physical condition is advised to consult their own doctor before taking part in the event. 2017 Race Day

Be first past the post and book now for our annual Race Day! You will be welcomed with a sparkling wine reception. Then sit back and enjoy a 4 course lunch whilst picking your winners from the racecard. Watch the races from the private viewing terrace, then celebrate with afternoon tea.   A great way to spend the day raising money for the Ayrshire Hospice. Priced at £120 per person, this includes your club badge, racecard, sparkling wine reception, 4 course lunch and afternoon tea. 2017 Autumn Ball

Join us for our Autumn Ball on Friday 29th September 2017 in the newly created Firth Pavilion at Seamill Hydro which is once again being kindly sponsored by Buckreddan Care Centre.  You will be welcomed with a drinks reception which will be followed by a sumptuous three-course dinner prepared by the Executive Chef, Scott Gilmour and his dedicated team, before dancing the night away to some fabulous music. Tickets are £75 per person and tables seat 10 – 12 people. (please note- smaller parties may be asked to share). Go Purple

We're getting ready for our sixth annual Go Purple day on Friday 13th October 2017 and hope you'll join us. It's easy to get involved, so why not hold a "dress down purple" day, bake a purple cake, take a purple selfie and donate...whatever you do, just go purple! Last year Go Purple raised almost £22,000 thanks to the groups and organisations across Ayrshire that took part. Some held "wear it purple" days, wore purple wigs, held purple ice cream making contests and enjoyed purple themed afternoon teas!  We would love it if you, your workplace or school could take part in Go Purple this year. We want to build as much momentum as possible and would like to invite you to post Go Purple selfies leading up to the event and on the day. Winter Fair

Ayrshire’s biggest Christmas Craft Fair is back!  With over 80 stalls it’s the ideal shopping opportunity with lots of unique gift ideas, beautiful cards and sweet treats!   Enjoy a full day out with live entertainment, bottle stall, tombola and of course a raffle!  With many children’s activities including face painting and Santa’s Grotto it’s perfect for all the family.   To complete the day visit the all new petting corner with reindeer from Ayrshire reindeer centre! (Included in admission) Come along and join in with the Christmas spirit of the Ayrshire Hospice Winter Fair. Light up a Life Christmas Concert (1)

We are returning to the Grand Hall in Kilmarnock on Sunday 26th November 2017 at 7pm following the success of our two previous Light up a Life Christmas Concerts. The evening will include performances from local community groups and will be a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together to remember loved ones at what can often be a very poignant time of year. Tickets £10 adults / £6 for under-16s and you can pay at the door at the Grand Hall from 6pm on Sunday night. Doors open at 6pm where hospice Christmas cards, calendars and raffle tickets will also be available.
