When Scotland's Kiltwalk announced they'd be hosting only one live event this year, our amazing Hospice Heroes stepped up to the challenge.

With some changes made by Kiltwalk to ensure everyone's safety on the day, two routes were on offer. 'The Mighty Stride' - 16.5 miles from Glasgow Green to Dumbarton and 'The Wee Wander' - 3.5 miles from Glasgow Green to Riverside Museum.
Due to limited spaces, our Hospice Hero team consisted of 23 walkers from across Scotland and they all had a fantastic, memorable day, making today matter.

Along the routes, the walkers enjoyed some musical entertainment, meeting Kevin the Carrot, getting the chance to speak with Sir Tom Hunter and being cheered along the routes by the fantastic Kilties!
Thankfully the weather held out until everyone was across the finish line, where they received their amazing Kiltwalk medals.

Our fundraising total was looking amazing thanks to the generous 50% top up from Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation, however with the unexpected announcement of the top up increasing to 100%, our Scotland's Kiltwalk total is now an incredible £9,873.86!!!!

Thank you to all our amazing Hospice Heroes raising £9,873.86!!

Thank you so much to all our Hospice Hero walkers and all your generous supporters who kindly donated.
