Summer Ball

Our annual Summer Ball will return on Saturday 17th June 2023! 

Enjoy arrival drinks, basking in the spectacular views, over the Firth of Clyde, from the hotel’s Crystal Ballroom, before indulging yourself in a tremendous evening of frivolous fun, fabulous entertainment, fine food and drink all within the grandeur of the hotel's renowned Trump Ballroom.

We have fantastic entertainment lined up for you with special dance performances from local dance school Rennie Dance Academy. Alex Fleming, one of the UK's leading event hosts will compere the evening, and you can dance the night away with live music from Waterfront, well known for signature high energy sets full of contemporary and dance floor classics, along with some old school mash-ups guaranteed to get you guests dancing. There will also be surprise entertainment throughout the evening! 

Dress for the evening is formal / black tie. The evening will commence with a drinks reception at 6.15pm in the Crystal Ballroom with a prompt 6.45pm start in the main ballroom thereafter. The evening will draw to a close at 1.00am. 

Tickets

Tickets costs £95pp which includes arrival drinks reception, three course dinner, entertainment and lots more! Tables seat 10-12 guests. Smaller parties can be catered for; please note smaller parties may be asked to share. Event hotel room rates are also available!

Fundraising 

The evening will feature many fundraising activities including a Live Auction, Silent Auction, Raffles and the wonderful ‘What’s in the Box’ Game will be back with fantastic prizes up for grabs! All funds raised will help continue hospice care in our community and contribute to our Capital Project, building the future at Ayrshire Hospice. There will be plenty of chances to win generously donated prizes.

When paying for your ticket / table, DO NOT select either of the "Royal Mail 2nd Class" options, PLEASE SELECT "Click & Collect £0.00" to avoid the additional charge as delivery is included in your ticket price.  

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation - should you wish / require to cancel please notify us a soon as possible - a 50% refund will be given up to 4 weeks before the event, if less than 4 weeks notice is given we will be unable to issue a refund.
