Our Leadership
Our Leadership Team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Ayrshire Hospice, ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of care. They also ensure that the Ayrshire Hospice Board is properly advised for the purposes of developing and reviewing strategy.
Each department is led by a dedicated Head of Department, with individuals and teams empowered to take on responsibility in line with their training and expertise. This approach allows us to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to those who need us most.
