You must hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate and have previous experience of working in a catering environment, experience in a healthcare setting is desirable. You must also have a knowledge of food hygiene & HACCP regulations. Candidates should have good communication skills and a self-motivated approach to work and an ability to work using their own initiative.
