Fundraising

Funding the care with your help

All hospice care is provided at no cost whatsoever to patients or their families and, although Ayrshire and Arran Health Board contribute to our care costs, we have to raise £4.3m annually from voluntary sources.

This is a huge task faced by the fundraising team but their drive and energy, combined with the enthusiasm and generosity of the people of Ayrshire, strive to ensure that Hospice care and services continue.

Do you want to get involved in helping the local community? Have you vowed to give something back? Our fundraising team has a whole range of events and activities planned that you can join in, or you can offer your support by putting your own ideas into practice.

The Fundraising Standards Board

The Ayrshire Hospice is a regulated member of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB).  As a member, we're committed to the highest standards in fundraising.

We promise to be transparent, honest, fair and open about our fundraising with you.  We want you to know that you can trust us and give with confidence.  More information about the scheme is available at www.frsb.org.uk/give-with-confidence
