About Us
The Ayrshire Hospice provides a specialist palliative care service aiming to enhance the quality of life of patients. This service provides support to relieve physical and emotional distress. The patient and family are seen as a unit of care and contact may continue with family members into the bereavement period.
The Hospice is a registered charity (SC011390), largely dependent on voluntary donations. Hospice services are free of charge and are available to patients over 16 years of age throughout Ayrshire and Arran.
